These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to Amplixa (https://amplixa.io), including the marketing site, dashboard, embed scripts, and APIs (the “Service”). By creating an account or installing the embed, you agree to these Terms.

Accounts

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your organization, including widgets published to visitor sites.

The Service

Amplixa lets you publish on-site widgets (chat, forms, popups, and related tools), collect submissions, run first-party analytics, and optionally use AI features subject to plan limits. We may change features, quotas, and pricing with notice where required.

Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to break the law, send spam, infringe others’ rights, probe or disrupt our infrastructure, or misrepresent your identity. You are responsible for the content you show visitors and the data you collect through forms and chat.

Plans and billing

The Service offers a 7-day free trial, then paid plans billed through Stripe. There is no free forever plan. Paid subscriptions renew until canceled in the billing portal. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Usage caps (chat, crawl, storage, embed tokens) may apply.

Customer data

You retain rights to content you submit. You grant us a license to host, process, and display that content as needed to operate the Service (including embeddings for AI chat when you add knowledge sources). See our Privacy Policy for how we handle personal data.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that create risk to the Service or other customers.

Disclaimer and liability

The Service is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and limit liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
