    This Privacy Policy describes how Amplixa (“we”) handles information when you visit https://amplixa.io, create a dashboard account, or load the Amplixa embed on a customer website.

    Information we collect

    • Account data: name, email, organization, authentication identifiers (including Google SSO if you use it), and billing details processed by Stripe.
    • Service data: widget configuration, knowledge sources you upload or crawl, form submissions, webhook delivery logs, and usage meters for plan limits.
    • Visitor telemetry (customer sites): first-party analytics events from the embed (impressions, clicks, and similar product events) associated with the customer’s registered domain. We do not sell this data.
    • Technical data: IP address, user agent, and logs needed to operate, secure, and debug the Service.

    How we use information

    We use information to provide the Service, authenticate users, send transactional email (verification, password reset, invitations), bill paid plans, enforce quotas, improve reliability, and comply with law. AI chat may send relevant knowledge chunks to our model provider when you enable those features.

    Sharing

    We share data with processors that help us run the Service (for example hosting, email, object storage, payments, crawl, and AI providers) under contract. We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the Service.

    Retention

    We keep account and billing records for as long as the organization is active and as needed for legal, tax, and security purposes. You can delete knowledge sources and widgets from the dashboard; organization deletion removes associated service data subject to backups and legal holds.

    Your choices

    You can update profile information in the dashboard, cancel a paid plan in billing, and request account deletion by contacting us. Customer site owners are responsible for notices to their own visitors (including cookies or consent tools if they add them).
